At The Cell Phone Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
